Résumé :

Thanks to the participation of some eminent international historians on technology and industrial policies, and of some researchers who worked on techno-sciences, foreign policy and international history, the workshop intends to investigate the interplay between national political decision-makers and “experts” in order to defend and to promote the techno-scientific capabilities of their countries at transnational/international/global levels.
